We know some areas seem to be experiencing delivery delays. At HQ we are working around the clock to make the running of our online as 'normal' as possible. Unfortunately due to the current situation and disruptions like the Bank Holiday weekend we know some areas have been effected and some deliveries are taking that little bit longer. It does seem that for now this is the new 'normal' and although delays can be frustrating we also know that the postal service is working super super hard and for this we are extremely grateful. We are always here to help as much as we can and will always provide tracking and assistance. To minimise further delays we will always post all parcels within the allocated delivery time. Our delivery times and shipping times predominantly remain the same, however today (15.04.20) we have updated some of our shipping information with this message:
SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFO UPDATED (15.04.20)
*Due to the impact of COVID-19 we have had to make some changes to our 'normal' delivery times. We are doing our upmost to keep everything as uninterrupted as possible, however as collections become less frequent we have had to accommodate our delivery times around this. Our standard 3/4 day shipping remains and we endeavour to delivery all parcels within this time frame. This method is also free on order over £50.
However, our NEXT DAY shipping method has had to change slightly. We have had to change this to EXPRESS SHIPPING 1/2 days, as unfortunately on some occasions this method may take that extra day to arrive and we wanted to make this clear so as to not mislead.

We are constantly working closely and monitoring the health and well-being of our staff and delivery partners. This is of the upmost importance to us and and all recommendations made by national and international organisations concerning social distancing, sanitisation and other precautions have been followed and implemented at all times.
Our customer service team are always available to help. We are working super hard to make sure we don't have to change too much of our normal running times, however we are working as a much smaller team and it may just take that little longer than normal to get back to you.

We have extended our returns policy to 28 days from receipt.
How we receive returns has slightly changed. Royal Mail will sign for these returns upon receipt. They will also be holding them for 1/2 days before we receive them at HQ. Whilst there is no current evidence (according to the World Health Organisation) that COVID-19 can be transmitted via fabric/clothing we are taking extra precautions. Upon receipt of the return we will send out all return confirmation emails as standard. This email will explain the returns/refund process in further detail.
