PLEASE BE AWARE: We DO NOT have weekend collections so any orders placed AFTER 4pm on a FRIDAY will not be shipped until MONDAY.
We use Royal Mail as our courier service and all orders are fully tracked and signed for.
COLLECT IN STORE:
We currently offer collect in store from our cocobooloves.com Warehouse. Once the order has been placed and this option is selected please wait for an email from the team explaining that your order is ready to collect. This email may drop in your junk folder so please do keep an eye out for this. The 28 day returns period starts from the day the 'ready to collect' email is sent, please be mindful of this, we also ask that all orders are collected within 7 days of receiving this email.
You will need to ring the buzzer at the main entrance and one of the team will run down with the order. When collecting you order please show the 'ready to collect' email to a member of staff and a form of ID.
Returns can also be dropped off in person at the warehouse, however please make sure this has been logged on the returns portal before hand. These will then be passed on to our online team to process and a confirmation email will be sent once the online team have received and inspected the return.

REPUBLIC OF IRELAND - Delivered within 5/7 working days £9.95
REST OF EUROPE - Delivered within 5/7 working days £12.95
REST OF THE WORLD - Delivered within 7/10 working days £15.95
All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail (tracked and signed for). Royal Mail will then forward your parcel on to the relevant country's local courier service for delivery.
Please be aware that customs and import duties, taxes and/or customs fees may be payable to receive your order. You may be responsible to pay these duties and fees, even if you refuse to accept delivery of the shipments upon arrival. Some countries have a duty-free allowance but many do not. We are always happy to answer any questions you may have in regards to these duties prior to you placing an order, however we are not able to advise on customs matters and cannot predict what particular charges may be incurred in your own country. We do not govern these costs.
We would encourage you to verify with local custom offices the value of any duty free allowances or which duties and charges are payable upon delivery.
If your order is subject to any of these charges, they must be paid in full by you for your package to clear customs. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to delay release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also deny delivery. If you refuse to pay duties, your order may be be destroyed by customs or sent back to us. If we receive your order back, we will have to deduct any shipping, duties and customs processing fees charged to us from your refund.
We can not be held liable for any delays once the parcel is in the hands or Royal Mail. If we are made aware in advance of any delays we will always try our best to contact you.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER: If you have provided us with an email address and mobile number you will receive an email confirmation and a text message alert from Royal Mail/DPD once the parcel is due to be delivered. These alerts will also provide tracking details for your parcel. Please double check your junk folder as the emails may drop into that folder.
If you have not received your delivery within the desired timescale, then please feel free to contact us via email. We will investigate for you.
We will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the goods ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control.
We can not be held liable for any delays once the parcel is in the hands of Royal Mail or DPD. If we are made aware in advance of any delays we will always try our best to contact you.
