STANDARD DELIVERY - DELIVERED WITHIN 3/5 WORKING DAYS (£3.99)       

EXPRESS DELIVERY (1/2 DAYS) - ORDER BEFORE 3PM (£4.99)

SATURDAY (NOMINATED DAY) DELIVERY - ORDER BEFORE 12PM (£9.95)

FREE SHIPPING OVER £75 (UK ONLY) - STANDARD DELIVERY 3/5 WORKING DAYS

PLEASE BE AWARE We DO NOT have weekend collections so any orders placed AFTER 3pm FRIDAY will not be shipped until MONDAY.

We use Royal Mail as our courier service and all orders are fully tracked and signed for. 

 

COLLECT IN STORE: Unfortunately this option isn't available at present. Everything on our website is also available in store so if you are local to store then pop in and see us :) Over the phone orders can be collected in store however this option is only available for those orders and not via the website. To make an over the phone order please call 01422 329666.

All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail (tracked and signed for). Royal Mail will then forward your parcel on to the relevant country's local courier service for delivery.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFO (REST OF THE WORLD)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - DELIVERED WITHIN 5/7 WORKING DAYS (£18.00)

All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail (tracked and signed for). Royal Mail will then forward your parcel on to the relevant country's local courier service for delivery.

 

Please note:  We can not be held liable for any delays once the parcel is in the hands or Royal Mail. If we are made aware in advance of any delays we will always try our best to contact you. 

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER: If you have provided us with an email address and mobile number you will receive an email confirmation and a text message alert from Royal Mail once the parcel is due to be delivered. These alerts will also provide tracking details for your parcel. Please double check your junk folder as the emails may drop into that folder.

If you have not received your delivery within the desired timescale, then please feel free to contact us via email. We will investigate for you.

We will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the goods ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control.
