During these uncertain times all of us at Coco HQ wanted to send all of you the biggest of virtual hugs. We have all been affected in so many different ways, and as we try to adapt to this new way of life, we want you to know that all measures are in place to adhere to government guidelines. Your safety is of upmost importance to us. Our small family run business is currently working around the clock to bring you all the cutest styles. Everything with regards to our online Boo is running as it should be. We are currently a much smaller team (so please bare with us), however all orders will be sent out as normal and delivery times are also running as normal. Our community of super cool dolls will remain and we will do our best to keep you all smiling.

To make the returns process that little bit easier we have extended our policy to 28 days from the day of receipt.
- WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We accept returns on all items within 28 days of the order being signed for by you or the date it was delivered to a delivery office/pick up point (in the event you weren't in to sign for it). We ask that all garments are returned back to us in the same manner in which they were received. Further information on returns is on the RETURNS section of the website.
- CAN I EXCHANGE?
Yes of course you can request an exchange. If you just pop on the returns form what you would like to exchange for, we will get this exchanged for you upon receipt of the returned order and sent straight back out (at our cost). If the exchange item requested is not available we will get in touch to make you aware.
- HOW LONG DO REFUNDS TAKE?
From the date we receive the returned order, we ask to allow up to 14 working days for the funds to show in your account. Further info with regards to returns/refunds is on the RETURNS section of the website.
- WILL YOU SEND A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WHEN YOU RECEIVE MY RETURN?
We send out confirmation emails upon receipt of all returns and this email provides you with the exact date that 14 working days takes you up to. Please check your junk folders.
- CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Standard shipping is posted via Royal Mail. Royal Mail do provide tracking information via email and text message (please always check e-mail junk folders). The tracking is usually sent out when the item is due to be delivered. All next day parcels are posted with DPD. They will send you a link to track via email and text. This is sent upon collection of parcels.
