FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We accept returns on all full price items within 14 days. We ask that all garments are returned back to us in the same manner in which they were received. SALE items are EXCHANGE only and a credit will be added to your account for the value of the goods. Further information on returns is on the RETURNS section of the website.
- CAN I EXCHANGE?
Yes of course you can request an exchange. If you just pop on the returns form what you would like to exchange for, we will get this exchanged for you upon receipt of the returned order and sent straight back out (at our cost). If the exchange item requested is not available we will get in touch to make you aware.
- HOW LONG DO REFUNDS TAKE?
From the date we receive the returned order, we ask to allow up to 14 working days for the funds to show in your account. Further info in regards to returns/refunds is on the RETURNS section of the website.
- WILL YOU SEND A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WHEN YOU RECEIVE MY RETURN?
We send out confirmation emails upon receipt of all returns and this email provides you with the exact date that 14 working days takes you up to. Please check your junk folders.
- CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Standard shipping is posted via Royal Mail. Royal Mail do provide tracking information via email and text message (please always check e-mail junk folders). The tracking is usually sent out when the item is due to be delivered. All next day parcels are posted with DPD. They will send you a link to track via email and text. This is sent upon collection of parcels.
